Finger Lakes Fife & Drum Corps

Youth fife and drum corps based in Ithaca but gladly accepting young people from around the Finger Lakes region.

We teach young people, ages 8-18, to play the historical fife, rope tension snare drum, and rope tension bass drum. No experience is necessary.

We teach small group lessons in the Ithaca VFW with students of similar abilities every Thursday night year round. We have two fife and two drum teachers.

We perform locally in a variety of venues - parades, community events, historical events, re-enactments.

Rehearsals are open to visitors the first Thursday of every month. Come check us out!
